The value of White Index is:
White Index = The height of egg white (mm) / The avarage of length and width of egg white (mm) X 100

The value of Yellow Index is :
The Yellow Index = The height of the yolk (mm) / The diameter of the yolk (mm) X 100

By using the ''EGG ANALYZER'' device, we can determine the weight, the height of the yolk and egg white and we can get the Haugh value of the egg in 17 seconds.

The classification of the Egg Quality by Haugh Units:

1)AA: 72 and over high quality eggs
2)A: 71 - 60 good quality eggs
3)B: 59 - 31 poor quality eggs (By some organizations, it is not acceptable to buy )
4)C: 30 and below very low quality
