The value of White Index is:
White Index = The height of egg white (mm) / The avarage of length and width of egg white (mm) X 100
The value of Yellow Index is :
The Yellow Index = The height of the yolk (mm) / The diameter of the yolk (mm) X 100

The classification of the Egg Quality by Haugh Units:
1)AA: 72 and over high quality eggs
2)A: 71 - 60 good quality eggs
3)B: 59 - 31 poor quality eggs (By some organizations, it is not acceptable to buy )
4)C: 30 and below very low quality
