The digestion system of poultry is not capable to digest all kind of ingredients in the feed such as polysaccarides. This cause serious loss of feed. In order to eliminate the loss of undigestible ingredients , it is necessary to give some kind of enzymes such as cellulose, amylase, phytosis, protease.
